Hi, I’m Jen!
All of my products are made by me, in my home, from recipes that have 
been tested, tasted and given the seal of approval by my friends and family.
The freshest ingredients make the most delicious dishes. I only use fresh, seasonal ingredients to cook in my copper jam pot.
The last gathering of the SFL Food Swap took place on August 31, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Point Pleasant Wellness Spa, in Wilton Manors, Florida. I was super happy with all the swaps I was able to make: a mango tree, lemongrass plant, oregano plant, preserved lemons, candied ginger, salsa, granola, black bean corn salsa, homemade celery salt, dried cinnamon basil, pineapple cilantro salad dressing, whiskey hot sauce, double chocolate lava cakes, black bean dip, yam sauce, and gorgonzola-yogurt dip. I can't wait for next month's swap!
